Applicants can apply for two types of visas, single-entry or multi-entry visas; For a holiday, family visit, conference, medical, returning citizen, returning resident and other purposes. Single-entry visa to Uganda for Australian nationals validity varies from 7 days up to 3 months. While multi-entry visa can be issued for up to 24 months. Visa Uganda is a single or multi-entry document allowing Australian nationals to visit Uganda for up to 24 months. Alongside the visa Australian citizens traveling to Uganda must obtain a yellow fever vaccination certificate, this should be completed prior to your travel, although it is possible to get vaccinated upon your arrival at the airport as well. Uganda VISA requirements for Australian Citizens
To apply for an eVisa to Uganda for Australian citizens, visitors must meet certain requirements established by the government of Uganda. For a single entry visa to Uganda travelers from Australia must hold the following documents:
- A bio-data page of a valid passport of not less than 6 months.
- A valid yellow fever vaccination certificate or a waiver.
- A recent passport size photograph.

- Police clearance for multiple entry visas.
If applying for a multi-entry visa to Uganda, Australian passport holders also need to provide Cover Letter stating reasons for Multiple Entry Visa. Uganda VISA application for Australian Citizens
Ugandan eVisa application process for Australian citizens is very simple. Visitors must simply fill in the online application form. In the application form, Australians will need to provide their personal information according to their passport, such as their full name and surname, sex, date of birth, passport details. Australian citizens applying for Uganda eVisa will also need to provide their residential address as well as address in Uganda. Australian passport holders traveling to Uganda will also need to answer questions regarding their marital status, travel purpose, additional citizenship information if applicable and other standard background questions. Once the application is filled you will need to attach the required supporting documents (a passport scan, a passport-sized photo, a yellow vaccination certificate and other documents if applying for a multi-entry visa). Later on, you will be redirected to the payment page where you will need to use your credit or debit card to submit the payment. After the successful payment, you will receive your 6-digit order number to your email address.
